Suzan Bonzo

Suzan began her career working with individuals with developmental disabilities in 2008. During this time she began to work with many different clients with multiple diagnoses to include a wide range of maladaptive behaviors. After seeing the success her clients were making, she decided to pursue her Board Behavior Analysis Certification (BCBA) through Penn State University. For several years Suzan has successfully participated in ABA programs while supervising scientifically-based methods for treating individuals with disabilities, maladaptive behaviors, and ASD. After obtaining her BCBA, Suzan has continued her education by attending seminars, workshops, and trainings on applications of ABA.Suzan has experience treating individuals from early intervention to adulthood and has consulted in a variety of settings including school districts, residential facilities, clinics, and in-home programs.

My passion for supporting individuals with Autism and other disabilities began in high school and has continued to grow throughout my career. After graduating from Robert Morris University in 2022, I had the opportunity to work with adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. During this time, I discovered how meaningful it was to help individuals communicate, advocate for themselves, and have their voices heard in their own unique ways. These experiences inspired me to return to school and earn my master’s degree from Capella University, with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I have now been practicing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over two years and feel incredibly grateful to do work that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and their families. I am now proud to serve as the Clinical Director at Heart and Soul ABA, where I am passionate about supporting both clients and the people who care for them.
Anne Richardson

As a dedicated Behavior Consultant with over a decade of experience working with children with disabilities, I bring a compassionate, individualized approach to behavior support. For the past five years, I have specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), using evidence-based strategies to help children thrive across home, school, and community settings.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in ABA. My practice is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of each child and family I work with. I am passionate about empowering children to reach their fullest potential while supporting caregivers and educators with practical, effective tools for lasting success.
