Suzan began her career working with individuals with developmental disabilities in 2008. During this time she began to work with many different clients with multiple diagnoses to include a wide range of maladaptive behaviors. After seeing the success her clients were making, she decided to pursue her Board Behavior Analysis Certification (BCBA) through Penn State University. For several years Suzan has successfully participated in ABA programs while supervising scientifically-based methods for treating individuals with disabilities, maladaptive behaviors, and ASD. After obtaining her BCBA, Suzan has continued her education by attending seminars, workshops, and trainings on applications of ABA.Suzan has experience treating individuals from early intervention to adulthood and has consulted in a variety of settings including school districts, residential facilities, clinics, and in-home programs.

Ekaterina (Katie) found a passion of working with individuals with disabilities early in life. She babysat/ nannied children with disabilities in high school and college and participated in Best Buddies throughout these years. She graduated with her bachelor's degree from Robert Morris University in 2022 in health service administration. After graduation she started working at a residential facility for children and adults with severe physical and intellectual disabilities. This is when she discovered a passion of working with behavioral concerns and helping teach functional communication and adaptive living skills. She decided to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis starting in October of 2023 and is still working towards her degree. She will be graduating in the summer of 2025 and then plans to test to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to continue working with children in the home, school, and clinical settings on their behavior and life skills.
